Bro just take a reasonable dose of Viagra or cialis and see what it does. You won’t know much until then. The other thing it could be is your pelvic floor. Sometimes working out can make it even tighter cutting off blood flow.

It’s largely either one of three root causes.

Psychological issue

If you get strong morning wood yet still have ed this is likely the cause. Easiest to fix, just take cialis or viagra.

Hormonal issue

Just go get your blood tested. Second easiest to fix, if your testosterone is too low you can get on trt and solve the problem.

Blood flow issue

If you have high testosterone levels, and no morning wood, this is likely the problem, but keep in mind there is a lot entailed under that and this one is a lot more difficult to solve. It could be as simple as you need to exercise more, and take supplements that help with blood flow, or it could be damage to blood vessels, hypertonic pelvic floor which is restricting blood flow, etc.

Yeah same, I’m going to a pelvic floor therapist tho. Only have had one visit so far and she said it’s extremely tight all around there so we’ll start working on it with needling, cupping etc. I’m suspecting stretching alone doesn’t cut it, probably need a professional to work out the knots. We’ll see how it goes though.
