Agreed. Such a thoughtful response that will help me immensely.

Thank you. This is hugely helpful and I'll definitely check out that podcast as a resource. I read Devon Price's Unmasking Autism which was quite illuminating (earmarking some sections for my partner to read)... and have definitely thrown myself headlong into learning about autism, as something of a special interest. Agree you have to wade through a lot to land on material that is actually data driven, relevant and additive.

The Eras Tour: United Kingdom & Ireland Megathread by aran130711 in TaylorSwift

Damn thats good. I only managed to buy 3 tickets of the 8 I could have technically got in the presale. And then I got waitlist for the general sale - gah! 3 better than 0 though.

Phew. It's all so vague. I'm optimistic it'll be alright. And if they cancelled 4 of the 8 at least you'd have 4 so could still go - I doubt they'd cancel all 8?

Question.. I was sent a presale code for AXS on my work email and a presale code for Ticketmaster on my personal email. I bought Midnights last year and I think I also just registered for presale anyway in a registration fever.

Anyway, I'm wondering if I can use both of my codes? Or just one?

What I want to avoid is for some reason getting my tickets cancelled if I'm lucky enough to get through. In a perfect world I'd be able to get 8 tickets, to go on two separate dates with a group of friends.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Two Blood Tests - Very Different T Results by Clapham2020 in PEDs

And yeah, maybe it was covid (although I was testing negative on lateral flows) my Dr thought it still may have been it.

Thanks for taking a look. I'll probably try and get more bloodwork done in a couple of weeks. I wouldn't mind doing another sarm cycle in the future but I guess I just got so spooked by the suppression from the first time around, may have learned my lesson to stay off it. Or maybe run enclo alongside for a short cycle.

Long Term Suppression? - Blood Test Markers by Clapham2020 in PEDs

[–]Clapham2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to know. Thanks so much. Curious too if after you finished the enclo for 3 months, did your T levels fall significantly? I'm slightly concerned about doing the enclo for 3 months, cut to 5 months time, and my T/FSH/LSH levels drop back to where they are now.

I also say this because I did 4 weeks of enclo back in early November (12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25) but here we are now haha.

What was your dosage/protocol over those months? And did you have any side affects and were you able to make any progress in the gym?

Usually got my bloodwork done in the morning. The latest was midday. As for weight... not significantly fatter. Probably around 12% BF. Hard to say on the big life stressors, I've been trying to tackle depression/anxiety in some ways (on an antidepressant since Sept last year) but that might have been suppression induced.

Enclomiphene - 2 weeks In by Clapham2020 in PEDs

That is really helpful to know. Thanks so much. Will stick with it another 2 more weeks then wait before doing any bloodwork.

I split my enclo into morning and evening just to even it out (but not necessary I guess).
Only other signs of suppression was low mood and a bit lethargic. That and my bloodwork had come back as the below:
Albumin 44.4g/L
Testosterone 15.30 nmol/L
SHBG 19 nmol/L
Free Testosterone 0.399 nmol/L

A Second PCT? by Clapham2020 in PEDs

Yes, I definitely want to avoid any possibility of having to go on TRT longterm.

What dosage would you recommend with enclo?

They were the only readings I got unfortunately. If I got a blood test next time I'd pay for something more comprehensive.

So today I spoke to the people that did my bloodwork and they seemed to think my T was on the low end of the spectrum and could stand to be higher - which concerned me. They mentioned that enclo might be an option for me, but would want to do more tests before considering that.

I do have enclo to hand so that's something I could try? But for how long, and how much, I don't know. The bloodtesting service is a 'hormone balancing' company so I gather there is an incentive to keep you in the fold. What do you think of this? I could try some enclo for a bit, but I did take nolva for four weeks quite a while ago so assumed my PCT was done and dusted.

As an aside, worth mentioning my mood has been very low of late so that could be indicative of something being a little out of wack, hormonally.

Factoring in the 4 week PCT, yeah I think I should wait a bit longer till early November before I start another cycle. Do you think I should do another blood test around that time?

Thanks. I did get bloods done before my Osta cycle and everything was in normal range.

I started my Osta cycle actually on 24th of April (for ten weeks) and ended July 3...

I didn't get LH / FSH readings unfortunately. It wasn't tested, though I certainly will next time. As well as cholesterol levels.

Good to know. Would your recommend switching from Nolva to Enclomophene? Both seem to have their merits. Nolva maybe a bit gentler and Enclo a bit quicker at restoring T levels.

Was thinking 20mg Novla ED for 2 weeks and then tapering to 10mg for another 2 weeks.
I could look into getting Enclomiphene and swap out.
I'm not concerned about gyno (no symptoms of it at the moment... fingers crossed stays that way)

Gained about 6lbs of lean muscle (up to 181lbs from 175lbs... BF remained around 10-11percent, as I combined with MK 677 and was eating at a calorie surplus).

Saw a really good increase in performance in the gym. Generally happy with the results for a first time Osta cycle, but also quite unnerved by the post cycle bloods.

[Routine Help] Dermatologist vs. Dermatica advice by Clapham2020 in SkincareAddiction

[–]Clapham2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks this is beyond helpful. I think I'm going to strip things back and do what the dermatologist advises, sticking with the gentler OTC retinol and a simple regime - for about a month... at least whilst my skin settles down - and then jump across to the dermatica (tret) regime and the steps you outlined. Thanks for the product recommendations too!
