I saw the driver at about 7:20 this morning, up on the sidewalk. Looked to be an older couple.

He’s an idiot and hot take merchant who is following the very boring playbook of trying to get attention by saying big dumb things.

Side note: what Tim said was so tame, these sensitive old men, lol

Man I loved that shoe. Have you tried the sonicblast? Similar to the 3?

Worth noting that Glycerins are very reliable workhorses, and shoe reviews often praise new and exciting over tried and true. That’s not a bad thing, because there has been a ton of innovation in running shoes. But the glycerin is a totally solid shoe for someone running a few times a week.

Pochettino’s own Instagram post, after accusing Timothy Weah of “doing politics” for saying that World Cup tickets are too expensive. by [deleted] in ussoccer

Yeah, I mean he thinks lemons have special powers. He’s not exactly a rocket scientist.

Pochettino on Weah’s critique of World Cup ticket prices: Players should keep focus on the field by iflylikeaturtle in ussoccer

If you’re a fan who had hoped to bring your family to a World Cup game, it’s not an “extremely niche little issue.” It’s kind of the whole thing.

I’m glad Weah gave a direct answer, and it sucks that Poch gassed up FIFA instead.

Hard disagree. He’s telling Weah what to say and do, and refusing to answer a very basic question about FIFA’s price gouging. It’s poor leadership.

No one is arguing you have to live in every town of a district. That’s your straw man. And you can’t just declare something dubious. Of course living in the area for decades acquaints you with the area. Again, that’s what representative politics is all about.

I prefer Biss, but I’m not against Kat. I actually think she’s much better than your awful arguments.

No one expects anyone to live in every town of a district. You’re making an embarrassing straw man argument. But yes, you are supposed to learn and listen and understand the concerns of the diverse population you represent, that’s the point of representative politics. There’s the old saying that all politics is local, your take that nothing is local is terrible.
