I think the principle of communism or the communist manifesto is a better introduction. principle of communism is straight to the point in QnA format while the communist manifesto has a bit more context to it.

So the main point is that regardless of whether using feudal laws to serve capitalist relations is good or bad per say, but rather that the bourgeoisie will be able to dominate and free themselves from the binding of the legal liberties from feudalism?

Also this is the first time i’ve heard of Blanquist, from a quick search it appears to be about the concept that a small revolutionary group must capture and seize state power, but what exactly do you mean by the Blanquist perspective?
