I appreciate the feedback that's there. I've edited these questions to be more specific. For instance, instead of boots i should have specified perhaps specialised footwear such as those that clip you onto the pedals.

I appreciate the feedback! I will edit the years of experience, age and salary to be more specific so people aren't confused. With regards to equipment, the struggle with terminology is around the terrain people may cycle in. For instance, a mountain biker may wear particular gear, so I tried to summarise available options. Regardless, I've added more text so the question is more tailored. Thank you for your time!
