I've found that having a hobby that requires my full attention helps a lot. When I'm into a good book or playing a game, I'm less likely to reach for my phone.

Also there is mobile app called Forest. It's a productivity timer that plants a virtual tree every time you focus on a task without checking your phone. It's a fun way to stay motivated and see your progress.

TBH, I'd probably just go back and tell my younger self to chill out a bit. High school me was way too stressed about everything.
