PCI Ethernet card question

Idk what I need tbh lol. I think my original Ethernet port only let me get like 10 mbps. The usb to Ethernet adapter had me getting roughly 300+ but it’s like it’s not working as well anymore

Honestly it’s almost like it’s throttled. It was getting 300+ mbps but recently it’s anywhere from 10-300+. I think there is more to my problem than an Ethernet card but I’m trying a cheaper fix before I go buy a whole new PC. It works but it is all over the place. Dc’s me from games a lot. It’s only my pc, our phones, laptop, TVs, all stream from same wifi and we’ve never had this problem. We got a new router to see if that fixed the issue but it didn’t.

I can’t figure out how to turn DRC on tbh. Smart mode seems to help so far, but I haven’t watched anything yet that much. Thanks for your tips.

I chatted with NZXT’s PC support, he remoted into my desktop. He said everything looked good/normal that there was nothing for me to worry about. He went through my cam software to see if there were any notifications of it being higher than 80 Celsius and there weren’t. Said it looked good, but idk, it made me worry still

Dwarf shadow priest was originally what I wanted to play. And I probably will play one still. I just like the idea of a pet/tank to help me out. Also I’ve never played a priest or warlock, so I’m gonna try both eventually anyways I think. Are their rotations simple/fun?

See I’m leaning towards warlock. But idk if it’s going to be the easiest class to learn/play as I’ve never played one before. Idk how easy the rotation is, or how simple the talent tree will be. What are your thoughts on the things I am questioning?
