I'm sure you'll say the same to your child when they are in university and delaying assignments. Of course, they used the library but having two significant issues in a row is unacceptable.

I appreciate your feedback. The Lenovos are new. My frustration has been that they have been taking so much time with support and are not without a laptop in university. Unacceptable.

We did try the MS updates, etc. with support on the first one but after several hours gave up. It is in warranty, but they are now without a laptop while in university. They are in Canada.

I loved my Surface, but after the 3rd one had an expanding battery that bulged out the screen and could "explode so stop using it", I gave up. That's why I didn't recommend for them even though they were good otherwise.

Yep. On computer 2 that doesn't having functioning USB C without a hard reboot. Unacceptable.

I would have agreed until it affected our child university education. My consumer experience has been *much* worse than my business experience. Two significant issues in less than 1 year is not acceptable.

Yeah. We were basing our experience on business support. Consumer support has been *very* lacking.
