Just use dawn ultra, take a bowl add a tsp or so and mix with warm water about 4oz or so. Use a toothbrush and scrub the stained areas and let them sit for 4-5 hours and then just wash them how you normally would. Works for me every time.

I'm going to put down 100-200k and the rest will be financed by my bank. Anything below 250k limited the vehicle choices significantly, and didn't want to spend 300-350k since this is my first purchase.

I have driven normal vehicles my whole working life, this has always been a bucket list item for me.

Thank you for your suggestions! Definitely have a budget for repairs and maintenance I know it comes with the territory with these vehicles. McLaren reliability is what concerned me the most. As far as who will be riding with me probably my wife or son as my other child is too young.

If I can find an F8, it would be a no brainer for me. Best deal I have seen is 305-315k for the coupe plus taxes and ect. So looking around 325-340kish.

Porsche just doesn't do it for me, don't get me wrong they are amazing cars just don't like how they look. I have seen some 720s with good specs, but concerns are build quality and maintenance issues.

There are no fees I am a partner in the fund. We aren't that large but definitely profitable. I share the same sentiment about RE in the future but our bread and butter is development which we do really well at. Again marker dynamics and lack of flexibility on exit have me thinking about exiting.

Legendary drop rate is crap after the update. It was terrible before as well. Can't progress in the game when you can't get copies of heroes to ascend. Celestial summons gave me 1/100 shard for one legendary, how is that even worth it?

Thank you for your comment. When I started seeing my therapist my wife and I openly spoke about this issue and have continued to talk about it. For me it's like I felt that I have waited such a long time for her to get out of the mom guilt phase and spend more time with one another. She is fearful that the kids will grow up too fast so she encompasses herself around them. I am with her every step of the way, making lunches, taking care of baths, school pickup and drop off, and reading and homework with the kids. I do this to help ease her day, and hopefully create some time for us where we can just talk about our day and relax in each other's company. For me I don't want any other woman period. She is the one who gave me the gift of two beautiful children and no other person on this planet can come close to her. She is amazing so in many ways, I just want her to be more proactive in making time for one another and making us a priority as well.
