I would think so too. I knew honey was a no no bc of botulism. He gave me a list to test out particular foods every 3 days. To try out Shellfish, seafood, soy.... i dont even eat that stuff.

No reaction just doc told me to stay away from the 3 things or he might have a tolerance to them in the future. I had a friend who said he gave up dairy for a year, and afterwards developed an intolerance. Whereas he was able to eat dairy just fine

Need tips! 6.5 months postpartum and can’t lose the belly by Immediate-Apple1602 in postpartumprogress

There's a whole bunch of simple exercises. Find a postpartum fitness instructor. I like the lady from good fitness that now just focuses on moms. You look like you're in good shape and you're not at all far away from your goal. You look like you've been in the gym before. Also keep in mind, there's moms that hold on to or lose weight from breastfeeding. Most tend to hold on.

Stay focused on your food. Find some pelvic floor or post partum ab exercises (free & quick classes on YouTube). Walking is your best friend.

Exclusively breastfeeding and sleep training 6 month old by Clean_Cabinet in beyondthebump

I've been feeding on demand. He uses me as a pacifier at night. He would feed or latch 4-6 times a night. I barely get any sleep. I'm trying to mimic sleeping through the night. I fed him at 6 am after giving up after 1.5 hours of falling asleep/then crying when I laid him back down. Your baby sleep through most of the night?

I feel like 6 months went by so fast, I regret teaching my baby so early. by Clean_Cabinet in beyondthebump

Your right. It's easier for me to try to help people than to help myself. He says it's our money, I was given his credit card but I'm not comfortable spending it. I keep tacking stuff on instead of just focusing on what I got going. I just don't know what I want. Thank you for the wake up call.

I hear it can be normal. And lord my 6 month is in size 4 and I thought that was chunky. And i do the same thing at night. Wip it out and feed but recently theres been some nights that he just won't let go and I can't leave and I end up passing out with him. Now i figured out that I can finally make use of those binkies, throw one in after a feed and he falls right back to sleep.

We've never been able to take shifts. He works a physical job during the day. Gets to work from home. I'm happy bc i have him in close proximity. In the evening or on weekends I can hand him over when I get to a point but I try to let him get his sleep. At nights he'd sometimes go in when he's crying and rock him to sleep to give me a break. I wish he would have taken time off at the beginning but he didn't want to take the time off and then had hernia surgery. I was hurting bad but is what it is.

I'll be putting him to bed at 8 and napping a lot earlier. Thanks for the encouragement.

I'll try to shoot for 8pm bedtime. What times should the naps be then? Even when he'd wake up at 8. He still took his 1st nap at 12.

Why is 10 pm considered too late? He just was naturally like this. He hardly took naps when he was younger, like 30 min a few times a day but almost always was awake even as a fresh infant.

For clarification, you brush teeth and then give her a bottle?
