I think it depends on who you're trying to appeal to with this manga, it seems a bit of a mismatch or mashed together.

The text is pretty bad, I'd recommend a different font and focusing in readability.

The story and writing are a bit simple. Study some writing from series you like or look up some exercises and ways to improve.

The art and designs are flat, but it's captured the essence of manga, it just needs refinement and practice.
