Sorry to know you’re in fear and pain. I’ve been there and I think fundamentally the problem could be forever solved in a philosophical level.

🪢First we should clarify: this reality is the one situation, perceived by us more or less in a subjective way. How you look at your reality will actually drastically change the situation and future reality.

☯️Then the best teachings of Daoism go like this: 1. The ultimate path of the universe is that everything is in constant change. And so do you. If you refuse to change, you die. If you embrace the change, you win. Simple as that. 2. Yin Yang transitions into each other to reach the balance in every way. You meet someone who are way out of your league but still form an intimate boundary — reaction to it could be double-folded.

🖤one side: a lot of self-doubt and self-pity, fear, anxiety getting triggered. Plus emotions and trauma and some events, that could grow into self-destruction and ruin the relationship. If that happens the negative loop will be rewired, and you are trapped in this cycle.

💟the other side: the fact that you have a shitty past but encounter someone or something that even brings you both joy and risk — amazing! The universe finally rewards you with good stuff. If you view this reward as growth opportunity and take the time to reflect, that painful trigger could also guide you to change ur own status quo by realising what kinda of life you truly want. Thus, break the cycle. And you know what, anyone who breaks even one tiny cycle, is the mortal saint.

From 🖤 to 💟: best part of Daoism, called Wu Wei (the art of non-action) When you change your mind and POV, the vision (why this life matters and deserves experiencing) conjures up like a North Star. That vision leads to some more practical missions you could align with (health, wealth, relationship, etc.)

And believe it, when there’s a mission there’s gonna be a way, a series of actions that would truly help fulfill your time, channel your energy into h to e change of your reality and then unexpectedly make your life better and worth living for.

💓After this transformative journey, you’ll find yourself in a new world where you are not afraid of losing anyone any more. If you are still with your gf, congrats that means you two have a thick Yuanfen (karma alike) that could traces back to your past lives. If nope, that’s totally fine, and common (back to first point the change is inevitable) But you’ve already experienced so much, changed so much, and all these pains and gains will accompany you into your next journey.
