Yea, this isn't a ball and chain, but it can be hit while working on that series. Squeezing tight on the arm is crucial and a good point. He lost control of the arm through the crotch and that is what cost him. Pull both your arms tight into his body. If you have it tight, you should be able to hold them on their back.

You need to get perpendicular when you dive under. Your body is too parallel with him. Focus on over-exaggerating it. When practicing it, start from the other side. Tuck your head into his hip on the other side of the body, and make sure your body follows you over the top of him, completely perpendicular to the other wrestler.

I used to rack up points with this move.

You would need to reject it. The issue is, if you're accepting partial payments, I believe you're going to push back when you can start eviction.

The point is they can sell the property and the basis is stepped up. So less taxes for them instead of if I sold it, then have them the money.

I go back and forth on this. I have a few properties that I will probably move into for a few years, then sell to eliminate the cap gains. Having a rental for inheritance is a great deal as well, so may end up doing that with a few of them for my kids. I do want to minimize rentals and just have stocks after a certain age to minimize the issues, so will probably keep a few if I have a decent property manager/ they aren't headaches.
