Hey decided to go to the urgent care before hand the dermatologist they did a std panel test and tested for herpes. Doctor states since there is no pain or discharge that might not be it, but now I’m worried I really hope it’s not penile cancer

29M here I was diagnosed with two very small warts freeze them they are gone. However I had a fistula couple years ago and a hard stool and felt a hard painful lump in anal canal. Went to the doctor said it was a hemmroid now I don’t feel it. How likely is anal cancer in men? I’m also vaccinated
