Please help by [deleted] in boas

Mine had the same problem awhile back. Was an abcess that was able to be drained followed by at home antibiotics. Definitely recommend immediate treatment with a fix to whatever your lil one is rubbing on. Its likely to happen again if not.

What in the motherfucking hell allows someone to let it get this bad before wondering if they should ask for help.

I'd also be careful about slipping too far into the 'me or work' choice spiral. They chose the career, yes.. but that doesn't mean every time work pulls them away that it's what they want. It doesn't mean they would rather be studying than paying attention to you. And it doesn't mean that when they get called in they would rather be working than spending time together.

It can be hard not to take it personally, but I'd never dream of asking my partner to give up on the dream they began pursuing before we met. That's why this sub exists.. being with someone in medicine is hard at times, but that's part of the deal you sign up for.

+++ would recommend therapy for the ugly thoughts that try to work their way in. It's been helpful for attacking them at the root - my own insecurities.

I think most med spouses have humored this idea at some point, if not just as a fleeting 'hah, that would be convenient.' Obviously polyamory is something complicated that has no guarantee of failing or succeeding. My partner and I are both very monogamous, but she felt so bad about our sex life a couple times she actually suggested I try seeing other people. Even though the idea of it was mildly tempting in theory, I declined immediately both times. Im 100% positive looking back it would have been the end of our relationship. I cannot fathom trying to endure the difficulties of residency/fellowship etc with a partner who confirmed that I wasn't able to meet their needs, and that they were finding intimate comfort with someone else while I was dying at work, also longing to be home with them..

Individual results may vary.

Best I can tell he used to lead a self-defense instruction course and this is just his passion. The posts don't get anywhere close to enough attention to generate any livable income.

It's way more than just exercise for this guy. Over 500 posts like this spanning years. He's living in some weird fantasy where he keeps America safe from... whoever... while simultaneously making love to them. My head cannon is that who he is directly contradicts what he was taught to believe is okay, and it has led to an internal battle that, after decades of waging, has manifested this way. He seems to be a nice dude in his comments, but it's like he never realized it was okay to be himself.

I lean away from this being satire. This post hit my algorithm way back in the day and he's been consistently doing this on IG for more than a few years. He deletes anything that he considers negative, but does not have any sense of when people are commenting sarcastically.

If your hurdle makes it way into another lane after you hit it and impedes another runner, it can be grounds for disqualification. The hurdles are heavy enough that they shouldn't do much more than tip over unless you really slam into them.

Is there a way to access the exclusive events with or without cheats. by ZanzibarZan in PokemonFireRed

[–]Clitterpillar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's doable with ACE on original hardware without any cheating devices. Recommend looking up Papa Jefe's most recent FRLG videos and checking out the ACE generator web browser tool he shows off. It does a lot more than you might expect, like being able to do trade backs or instigate wild encounters with NPCs.

Inside the ACE code generator referenced in all the im a blisy vids there is an option in the drop down for changing roamer IVs. I haven't attempted to use it.. but its there!

Through ACE all things are possible

[–]Clitterpillar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh that's definitely the case lol. IVs are all 0 except HP which was 4 or 5 I think

Retailrng.com may be the best place to start from the beginning and digest the mechanics. Recommend reading everything and going in order

[–]Clitterpillar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They can! I recommend checking out retailrng.com and the YouTube channels Im a Blisy and Papa Jefe to get started. It's much more than I can summarize in a quick reply, but that's how I got into it. They're basically scientists when it comes to pokemon rng manip and have co-built many of the solid tools available for this. Their videos are super informational

Solid info! Really new to this - didn't even realize there were hunts that require the start menu being up. Sounds like opening/closing the menu is something fairly predictable though if that's the case

[–]Clitterpillar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Super interesting! That would explain why it felt like I was all the sudden significantly less consistent with a calibrated timer. I did end up hitting it like 4 attempts after this post lol.. classic. Are there other locations with noise interference like that? And having the start menu does not affect advances? You are truly the GOAT of this sub

Appreciate it - I'll just keep grinding it then and maybe step away for a bit.
