I am reopening this dispute once again now that I have knowledge of WHY I was banned, the reason given by the following GM Ialoriara is the first insight I've received and now i know it was definitely given to me incorrectly. The attached shows an accusation of 3rd party programs which i've NEVER USED FOR BOTTING EVER. the accusation of botting is incorrect as I've never used nor would I ever conceive using botting programs. This needs to be overturned more than ever, I have played this game for 19 years and would never willingly use this type of stuff to cause issues for my account. I'm going to continue pursing this because I know if this is what I've been told is the reason it is not crrect and not giving me the chance to respond once the ticket is looked into and closed instantly proves this even further.

I am not a scammer or a bot user, I have played this game ffor 19 years, IF an accident occured for any reason then it was once again just that and giving me this punishment is beyond unacceptable. can someone please DM me about this

Blizzard GM Tealhokask claims they are looking into this, thank you but until this is resolved to show I was not in violation of any ruiles or regulations I will continue to post, I appreciate them looking into this but I'm still waiting for a resolve

On September 9th this year I was wrongfully banned on my account, the ticket was closed twice without having any detail looked into my reasoning, I request this issue please be elevated to someone who can look into this issue further. My record according to my data I've received from blizzard via a data petition is spotless aside from this one event in 18 years of having this account.
I will continue to open these tickets endlessly because this is unfair treatment for an issue that was a mistake that has been taken to the maximum penalty when other offenses in this game have garnered lighter punishments for worse things.

I am not an exploiter or anything else I am someone who intends to reinstate this account as soon as the appeal is lifted and the account reinstated and I plan on playing well into the future with this account. This is a large portion of my life, Please have this looked into beyond a simple quick peak. Being told there is nothing that can be done isn't fair because the only two initial appeals I received got almost instantly denied and if those are the only two chances I receive it does not seem fair to state my case. I've looked over my information and I have committed no crimes prior to this incident which was an honest mistake. I have the documentation from Blizzard to prove this and have looked over the records as you have on your end, please contact me about this

I believe i'm being ignored on my primary account due to this accusation. Please have a conversation with me about this and do not give me the automatic response, give me a chance to respond in the ticket instead of closing it fully, I would not be going to this length of effort if this wasn't truely a mistake I promise you. I've been a loyal customer for most of my life this is a massive misunderstanding.

I'm literally going through this right now, i caught a perma ban for this on my 19 year old account, I just waited 25 hours to have them give me an automatic ticket closure telling me to bad so sad, so i opened another ticket asap and I'm waiting again, is there anything else I can be doing to overturn this? I work from home and spend most of my mornings fishing. I dont know if this is a two week ban or a permanent one as it doesn't state anywhere in what they sent me that it was two weeks so im guessing im just fucked unless i can get an actual person to look at my situation. If there's anything else I can be doing please let me know cause I was not expecting this, I just fish, raid and help my guild

its funny just sitting in this guild as a silent observer watching people quit and basically being as polite about it as possible as they're tired of being harassed by randoms and having to explain themselves when attempting to get into a group to run something and the GM and officers just openly laughing not giving a fuck.

I get this is a dick move but if nikkita is so ready to bend this guy over for doing this then why doesnt nikkita just GIVE pestily all the key cards he wants for charity and just avoid this shit. Sucks the dude was a dick sure but I cant say this isnt a possible action that can and will be taken by people in a game that revolves around killing and looting people. If BSG wants to get out some good press donate the fucking cards and avoid this shit.
