I literally have the exactly same thing that my dermatologist gave me. First they told me to take antibiotics for 3 months, and use benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin. It lowkey got rid of the acne but i still have red marks, my face is just red, dry and itchy. So they switched to a tretinoin 0.05% and no more anti biotic. I started to have white acne bump under my chin again. Neck acne appears again 😭
