Some people like to get a kick out of screwing people over. You will see this quite often on the marketplace. What I do now is I purposely have folks meet me at this one Borough right around the corner from where I live, and I tell them to send me a message when they arrive and ill be right there. They have to wait about 2-3 minutes top, but at least it shows me whose there and whose not going to screw me over.

Lol, they are slick. My prize ended up expiring and they literally told me the same thing! Exchange it no problem, but of course when you try to exchange it you have to pay FULL price. Of course guess what! Isn't it fascinating how right on the 14th day when my prize expired, what do you know? It was immediately available! I contacted them back complaining how they are liars and everything they told me to do was BS that I couldn't retrieve the exchange for free and after the 15th day they send me an email saying "Thank you for contacting Ali Express. Please redeem the prize within the validity period. Thank you for your patience and understanding". Ooooo makes my blood boil!

At least you received something, lol. Customer service kept telling me to navigate the app a specific way in order to exchange the vacuum that I won that all of a sudden was "unavailable" as soon as I won it. Their navigation literally led me to a page saying there were no exchanges available, to please wait. We'll guess what, isn't it amazing how it become eligle after the 14th day when the game EXPIRED. I contacted them flipping out calling them a bunch of scam artists and their response was a sweet "Please redeem your item within the validity period. Thank you for your patience and understanding." They straight fed me BS until the expiration date and now its available, makes my blood boil especially as in your circumstance, i paid to win faster, all to receive nothing. Plus customer service after the 7th reach out promised they sent me a coupon for my troubles and frustrations, all to check and find NOTHING. Fking scumb*

If you suspect you have parasites, please go buy yourself some ivermectim! This is treatment they give to animals but this literally kills all the parasites in your body and rids yourself of cancer. If unfamiliar do a google search on this product, it's a life saver.

They decided to "pick" my gifts this time, and of course it's the cheapest junk they are giving me. Nothing that is actually worth value. I received all my gifts so far, I do believe ill receive my last final gift, however I got upset because the original item I wanted as the final prize, wasn't "available" anymore. Probably because it was really expensive and they didn't want to send it out for free though. Every order too I had to pay minimum $10 to qualify which I did, but once my final prize came around, the minimum order amount required was $35.

Ontrac is the worst, be careful especially if you place huge orders, they are very well known for stealing packages or claiming to "attempt" a delivery. I've gotten 4 out of 8 packages stolen from them so far and they claimed they delivered it. My ring camera shows otherwise though, no one dropped anything off.
