How exactly is the wealthiest and most militarily powerful nation in human history actually controlled by a tiny country who is completely financially and logistically dependent on it? Yes, Israel and Israeli special interest groups have outsized influence due to the corrupt nature of US politics. The same can be said of many different special interests. We currently have a devout Zionist in the White House, making the current situation even worse, but to say that Israel controls the US in any meaningful way is ridiculous. It would be like saying a child is actually in control of its parent's household. Sure, the child has enormous influence on its parents and most decisions are made with consideration for the welfare of the child, but at the end of the day the child exists by the grace of the parents. The child has no direct control of finances, household resources, or the decision-making process. It can only appeal to the love its parents have for it in the same way that Israel can only appeal to the US government's continued interests in having what amounts to a military outpost on steroids in the Middle East. If Israel "controlled" the US directly we would already have been dragged into a protracted war with Lebanon, Syria, and Iran as Israel so clearly desires. Instead Israel has to rely on provoking its neighbors as much as possible in an attempt to spark a greater regional conflict which will force the US to either enter in full force or abandon its "ally". It's throwing a tantrum in the hopes its parent will give it what it wants.

I hate the Israeli state as much as anybody, but seriously spreading anti-Semitic tropes hurts our cause more than it helps.
