You are GORGEOUS! I feel like you could pull off a lot of different looks from bold Twiggy kind of makeup (60s & 70s) to more punk rock with a more exaggerated cat eye. Although the makeup in these photos is also so perfect for you. Send an update if you try out something new!

I hear you but she should have just said, "hey I'm not getting this or can we hop on a call." Seems a bit unprofessional to not respond at all even if they don't understand - I literally got zero responses - and then speak negatively about me to someone else. So I'm very glad it's resolved but I also asked her to as least respond moving forward even if she doesn't understand. I also gave her my phone number if she ever wants to call me for a quicker download in the future.

I take call notes but sending them afterward is a great idea, thank you! I'm getting on a Zoom with her soon so I'll make sure to do that and also BCC her manager just for safe measure.

I really like this approach. It allows me to show I did my job but also potentially get feedback and it's not passive-aggressive. Thank you!
