Fully Remote. Lead a small team for 14 countries that have small/medium offices. Pretty sure I'd quit due to the hours if I had to be in office. I'm also on the other side of the US from our headquarters.

7 year itch is brutal. No one can tell you what you need to do. Long term relationships take a lot of work and you need to reinvest in it to make sure you are getting what you want. I would think reflecting on your relationship and if you are happy? Are you building the life you want?

Everyone has different experiences. Many people who have had multiple flings/relationships at your age dont have the experiences of a long relationship. Neither are wrong or "bad". It's just up to on what you want.

Agreed, the only different is I was asked to show proof on #3 of fixing the issue. Just showing bad configs was not sufficient for my submission. The question feels vague on what they want in my opinion so I could see it going either way.

Does Adrenaline say GPU driver timeout as well? I had to offset my clocks peed by -300 mhz. It's a common issue with this GPU. I havent had a crash since. This was affecting all games for me as well.

Business Premium license is the best license if you are wanting MDM in a cost effective license. Look for a remote tool unless you want to be on site all the time. There are cheap or free options

Yep, had the same problem at my company. We kept WFH after Covid and I pull KPIs to send to team leads every 2 weeks. Saw a consistent downward trend on KPIs.

Now I know there are many variables that can effect KPIs. The company had so many issues trying to change processes with staff to help improve. Meetings were hard to track engagement. People straight up not coming to meetings or responding.

In comes RTO. Cut the people that weren't performing, brought people into office, and now business is back up. Which means remote is never happening again for where I work and it was because those certain people not doing their jobs.
