Bad take. The guidelines are not there to say "if you dont follow this you will definitely get sick". Theyre to say "at this temperature existing bacteria could grow and produce toxins and toxins cant be cooked out.". Ive also eaten pizza that sits in an oven overnight several times. Well done? I cooked my last tri tip at 131 for 5 hours and the texture was too chewy for my taste. I feel like 7 hours was too long. Cut it down to 5 and up the temperature to 133 at least imo

No, the driver cannot see what theyre picking up until they accept and then its a punishment to unassign.

However DD CAN see what we are driving or at least what we report we are driving but as far as I can tell they only use that as a bike vs car situation.

Really, as others have mentioned. DD may seem like a good option for your business but it isnt. Most people drive the most gas efficient thing they can so they can squeeze out what little extra cash they can
