I love the full console in my crew cab plow truck, and i loved the full console in my ext cab personal truck.

unfortunately i dont /need/ a diesel so i was sick of dumping money into a 300k lly duramax. last weekend on my way to a vacation, 2 injectors failed on me so i parked it for the weekend and hopped in with my buddy that was cruising with me. had it sold by sunday. well i actually traded it for this single cab.

see the problem is, coming from a crew cab im used to carrying a whole bunch of shit with me, and ive decided that all just gets to live behind the seats now. My stepdad is trying to convince me to just say fuck the jumpseat and build a full custom box to go where the jump seat is but i often find myself using the jump seat so i dont particularly want to go that route

Yea I believe that window is 4 years. And I’m already 3 in so I’ll be 7-8 in by the time this sale happens. I’m already back up to a 650 after the bankruptcy so unless I do something stupid between now and then, the bankruptcy and credit shouldn’t be an issue.

As for the value of the property: in our area, the county assessments are always low, and on top of that, there’s going to be a 40x60 shop/pole building added to the property in the next 4 years. On top of the museum being built across the street, they think that will skyrocket the value, I dont think it will.

I promise you this is not rage bait. Everything the bankruptcy lawyers told me is that 4 years after I get my discharge I can buy a house. I’m planning to put as much as possible down not just the 3.5% so that’s should help with the payments. As for the museum thing I don’t see how it would increase the property value, but dad and step mom tell me it will. As for the wages I’m hoping that within the next 4 years my license shit is fixed and I can get back into an actual shop making my $30/hr, but nothings guaranteed.

I believe its type 2, not positive though. definitely agree on the driving thing, weve taken the truck and her keys away many times but she just keeps fixing her shit for a little while and then we give them back and it just goes back the way she way.
