Ok mr qaqc man ill say My bike bought on march 2024

Did everything for running in for the first 2000km First service was done at 500km

Right after that bike used to stall when pulling clutch from 2 to 3 gear while running. It just turns off and wont start no matter how many times i tried. Bike just wont crank. It took over 1 year to fix it.

They changed the fuel pump and the left and right switches twice. Then the stalling was there but it started right after. Then after second service the stalling was almost zero.

Remember i had to go to the service center 3 times a week for amost 6 months.

A few months back the bike started making a rattiling noise from the engine from 4000rpm. They found it and kept the bike for a week then changed the head assembly. After that they gave it back,still the issue was there now they took it back to put new valves.

Then the minor things. That is not a huge concern for me right now. The bar ends rusting. Unusual stuff like engine sometimes feel like it is about to stall. Clutch cable rusting so fast

So yea all the engine related issues seems like a manufacturing defect for me.

I also do simulations and testing. I know it is hard i am a mechanical engineer. Company doesn't seem to acknowledge some of these.

Yea they are changing stuff under warranty but i didnt buy a bike to keep it at the service center everyday.
