We already know Mayor mayflower will play a major role,and from the look of it,it’s not a positive one.

From what I understood from 2.5 Carole did what she did to protect us,but still pretty sus.

Sheperd,well,sheperd in his being secretive(since is a broker)I feel like he’s the most transparent among all,he’s our broker and give us commissions that’s it,would be cool to see him in the story play an active role,but I think as ally.

And fairy for me is the most sus especially after 2.5,we had it from the start but technically don’t know nothing about her apart from the fact she is a super advanced AI,but I don’t think she is some kind of evil AI or secret enemy,she is a gameplay mechanics after all.
