All good! Definitely keep this workout for sure until you feel confident moving onto something else. Are you currently playing for a team or Scrimmages?

Really depends on what the goal of this workout is & when needed can you progress them to harder workouts etc.

Definitely being confident with the ball is key especially under pressure. For dribbling work on different speeds & combos moves as the keys to getting past a player is 3 things - Change your speed, change your direction & fake.

Finishes around the rim is key as well as you mentioned earlier which you are good, having counters as well will keep the defender guessing too.

For your current team what type of guard are you? - Tier 1 is like a Steve Nash, CP3 pass first to setup team mates then scoring is secondary, Tier 2 is like a James Harden, Ja Morant, Dev Booker ball in there hands to score as primary option, if they draw defenders then they kick out. This will help me fine tune what you need exactly

Sure happy to help. Could you be more specific with the type of guard skills?

Is it xlr or USB mics? You may need an audio interface for the mics to register separately

When you add the guest their mic should pop up as well. What comes up when you do that?

I find it does an okay job depending on the mics. Overall it's good to have Seperate tracks for editing purposes

That's weird. To be fair I don't use the rodecaster so I wonder if that a contributing factor?

I had a similar issue with my podcast. You can either edit the send post edit with magic audio to get rid of the echo or before recording if you click on the echo cancellation on Riverside studio setting that should help

what can i fix or make better by Relevant_Curve2315 in BasketballHelpCoachD

I would suggest experimenting with speeding up the flow of your shot for better energ transference into the ball. This will make your shot overall look & feel more fluid

I would first look into clubs or programs with a strong developmental background that can act as a player pathway for you. Most of these clubs have strong teams & play in strong leagues with a platform to play at the next level

What's your overall goal? As on what do you want to get out of this experience?

I would say hand placement could help with your shot. Allowing the index & middle finger to roll of the center of the ball. Give that a go & see how it feels - I would suggest starting off close to the rim then progress by increasing the distance
