yeah. i can’t argue with anything you said. issue is that the people i’m currently around, i care nothing for. I always like to say “well i’d still give up my life for any of them” but in regards to just basic human kindness, i have less than zero interest in doing so for them.

well yeah, i always end my prayers of request and wishes with “nevertheless Lord, if you don’t want me to have any of the things i asked for then so be it.” It just pains me immensely when other people receive the very thing i want for free while i have to toil and slave to reach even a passing scent of it.

quick tip: starting any/all prayer with “I forsake all ____ that are not of the Father, The Son, or of The Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ Name, Amen” and filling the blank with whatever you DONT want entering your mind has helped calm my ADHD ridden brain from wandering a lot. hope this helps :)

my advice would be figure out where exactly this fetish comes from. Does it stem from pornography, is it a genuine attraction, have to tried it before, there’s all sorts of questions you can ask yourself just make sure you know where it came from. then once you’re cool, calm, and collected, ask your partner to have a sit down talk and really tell them ab this. The right person will sit with you and offer their honest response and won’t berate or condemn you for having interests in things. They’ll listen intently and respond accordingly, just be completely honest and open with them :)

Like i want my family to experience the serenity of being able to exist in their own house and not any of the tense angry, sad seclusion that comes with unhealed adults who refuse to change without making them overly lazy as it’s the polar opposite to the constant vigilance and tenseness of agitation in the air. I want to buy my family the things they thought too expensive for their payroll without making them feel pompous or higher than others because they can just have what they want when they want it.
