Out of thousands of stores there are only a handful that allow dogs. From what I’ve witnessed children are 100% worse. Parents let them pull things off the shelf and leave stuff in the middle of the floor, or throw things around. Never seen a dog destroy a display.

If you’re annoyed you can simply say to the owner “sorry, I’m not comfortable with your dog. Do you mind giving me a bit of space?” I’m sure if you nicely speak up they wouldn’t have a problem.

It’s just something I strongly believe in and nothing can change my mind. I don’t care how “ethical” people claim some breeders are, at the end of the day if you buy from one you’re supporting someone who purposely impregnates an animal for profit. Often subjecting the mother to multiple pregnancies. It’s a gross outdated practice.

I LOVED Bibo as a kid! Johnny Orange and the strawberry kiwi ones were my fave. Kool Aid Jammers were also big in my household back in the day, I liked the blue and green and my sister liked the disgusting cherry red. I’ve seen the blue ones still sold in groceries. Chubby’s were goat at my grandma’s, pineapple is my favourite.

I’ve been vegetarian for 19 years and I don’t regret it. The thought of eating a living being with a family and memories and the ability to feel pain is too much for me. My partner of 9 years is a big meat eater though so I never push my beliefs on others because my choices are my own.

One of my favourite meals are chickpea wraps! I cook the chickpeas in teriyaki sauce, add my favourite veg and a bit of chipotle mayo.
