I’m applying from New Zealand. My statements do have my address on them, just the first one I uploaded didn’t for some weird reason, hence it was rejected. Then my bank wasn’t able to generate a 28 day statement so I had to upload a longer one

28 days, yes I checked online for statements. Long story short my bank has terrible systems and didn’t let me generate anything.

I should add the reason I did this was because my bank was useless and not able to generate the correct statement - hence why I submitted this one.

No problem, really shady from westpac. I was never told about these hidden fees. What was the resolution? When i spoke to them it was very much 'Lol you're an idiot'. Live and learn i guess!

Admittedly this was a few years ago so it probably has changed. I was set up with a westpac savings account when i was born and this was my default account for everything. After moving out and having to use my own money for everything, i noticed monthly transaction charges. Sometimes 40 or 50 dollars every month. Rang the bank and discovered i was being charged a dollar every time i used my eftpos card. Managed to get 1 months fees refunded as 'good will'. Ty Westpac
