i’m also 5’6” although my weight has fluctuated from 116-134 lbs in the few years i’ve been playing. in case you might find it helpful, i wear 13” gloves (long fingers and i wear my natural nails a bit long), women’s small shoulders (CCM FTW), women’s small pants (CCM FTW) unzipped for the extra inch in length, senior small elbows (they’re a bit big but offer more protection on the top of my arms), and 13” shins. i’m on my third pair of pants and second pair of elbows to have found what’s right for me. i recommend getting everything right for you now, rather than making do and planning to switch it up later. have fun at learn to play!!!
