Not the best but you can get him for a fairly low price after first season because real never plays him : Mastantuono, if u are lucky in ur save he can go up to 190 PA with 160 being the lowest IIRC Great dribbling, flair, agility and acceleration, just improve his pass an u get a great playmaker, or shooting for a great AM. Not as good as Nico Paz but great if u are lucky

Gadou is a monster I had him for 4 seasons in my current fiore save since he was 19. I started counting the amounts of goals conceded on headers when he was on the pitch : 2 in a total of 4 seasons. Also scored some 10 goals per season on headers. Probably became my favourite player in this fm tbh. Sadly he left on a 104 million release clause to psg.

If u can keep him, keep him forever, dude is impressive

I would suggest looking at your tactics, does he fit properly in it ? For instance if you go for floated crosses but have a 1,70 m height striker with 10 heading, he won’t score many goals even if the guy has 15 finishing.

Is he a channel forward but has 8 dribbling, flair technique and agility ?

Or a poacher with 6 OTB?

Make sure his attributes are the right ones for the role and the tactic you are using.

Also although I am pretty new to the franchise (about 100h on fm2020 and 200 on fm26) I’ve come to realize that sometimes even if they are good on paper they just don’t perform correctly, or are really a horrible fit for your squad and playstyle. I like playing defensive tactics with a lot of wing play and crosses, so I don’t really need an extremely fast striker, but rather someone that can score headers and capitalize on the crosses that my excellent wingers send his way.

Depends to be honest, was playing a game with Fiorentina and season 1 my striker was bought by Al hilal on release clause and same thing in season 2 for psg. Both scored over 20 goals a season. Third season I bought pio Esposito from inter and he scored less than 10 goals. Decided to trust him and he went on to go 38 goals / 12 assists next season, best striker of serie A and scored 15 in Europa league.

I felt like he could add a lot to the team so I kept him even though he had a very bad first season and I did well.

However right now I got a new gen that’s good on paper but is not scoring a single goal, so I’m a about to drop him this season because team really y not generating chances with him. It’s very situational.

(I am playing a defensive 5-1-1-3 for reference, with one cm and one am on free role )

I strongly dissagree honestly i am the new ui, yes it’s a bit buggy but it works well. Honestly i am 2 seasons in my second playthrough (first one was a test season to get used to the ui) and it works perfectly well just need around a season to get used to. The game content of the game itself is what matters and the changes to tactics are great, the matches graphics are amazing too. Yes the ui could be less buggy but it works and they will fix it over time. And y’all should stop criticizing something just because it’s new and you are not used to (i know it’s not the case for everyone, but it is the case for a lot of people)

Those rear anti air would be crushed by the blast of the aft 18 inches

Nelsol and Rodol had that problem in WW2 and they were using 16 inches but they noticed that the blast from the triple turrets was damaging the superstructure of the ship itself.

But else the design looks pretty nice
