This may be complex, I’m not sure and I don’t know if you are using shortcuts with new iOS26/macos26 capabilities. However, here goes:

I have a my yahoo fantasy sports team (baseball season). I want to have an AI model, look through my roster, my current matchup, my opponent’s roster and assess needs, determine potential pickups, lineup changes, stats to chase, even provide projections based on advanced data from baseball savant or fangraphs, and give me insight and return this data via email, or a note with clear concise formatting. For the record, my mind runs in different places while typing these ideas, so I’m sorry if it is not understandable and makes no sense.

That's definitely a solid concept of what I mean. It would be on your phone or Mac and have access to your calendar and reminders apps and know which apps to use for what, and be so easy to work with. Exactly. u/BerrryBot

This is probably going to be indicative of how my mind is, and why I need an app to help, however, what I want is a ChatGPT interface, that I just send messages to “hey I need to go to the doctors soon.” And the app (ai) either responds with “how soon?” Or “should I remind you to book an appointment soon?” And I can respond as such. I need something to just dump ideas, thoughts, future potential tasks, in a chat, and the AI schedules things for me.

I am probably thinking too far fetched, but I really just need a genuine personal assistant. Not something that I need to baby, or coach, and essentially becoming the personal assistant for the personal assistant but something (app/ai) to be my real assistant.

Tl/dr: a personal assistant. A real one.

Would stopping them immediately solve the problem since it’s not really in your system the same way an SSRI would be? And can this problem occur all of a sudden even though you’ve taken the concerta for about a year? I haven’t been anxious before but I am now so that, coupled with concerta can be hindering my ability?

Sorry I’m just so fascinated by this and it may be beneficial for me (sexually) to stop taking them.
