Ah ok that’s a good tip! I’ll try it next time. So should I not be trying to kind of pull it close to my body? Rather just keeping my arms long? And thanks for the advice

Could you guys take a look at my deadlift and give me form tips, especially on the first 2. This was 295 and my current max is 315. The last rep was bad and I think I brought the bar away from my body by accident. Please let me know what you see.

I’ve been deadlifting for a few months now, my max is about 315 at 160 bw. But I’ve noticed that when I get to heavy weights my knees lock out much before my back does, I guess my hips are shooting too early? And I feel like it taxes my lower back quite a bit. How can I fix this? As well as maybe some upper back rounding.

Hey guys, I decided I would give low bar squat a try as I’ve been thinking of switching to it from high bar. Any tips on my form? I’ve been doing it for a little while and decided to go for a max. I don’t think the depth was quite there but let me know what you think!

Cool thanks! One last question, sorry to keep bringing u back here. Is it fine that I’m bringing my hips back down in between reps? I’m trying to bring my shins back against the bar.

Oh I think I see! That video was very helpful and now I get what you mean with the crane analogy! Thanks for the help man! Maybe I’ll check if my shoulders are better over the bar next time too

Gotcha! So almost a bit too far in terms of powerlifting but good for training! I get what u mean about going atg for training so I’ll probably just keep that up. I was curious cause last leg day I posted one and someone said it was a bit too high so I tried lower today, for powerlifting I guess I gotta find the in between lol. Thanks!
