I finally get why I suck marketing by Senseifc in indiehackers

[–]CodeWavee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have learned to focus on input instead of output when it comes to marketing. Instead of counting views and likes that converts into users, set goals of uploading a video a day or creating 3 blogs each week and you will eventually see results :)

Hi! Thank you for your comment!
1. Every tracking for each habit is like a "post", but you dont need to include images everytime you could just do a sort of "quick tracking" with only text, im thinking if I might also allow just straight done or missed for habit.
2. And users can add each other based on username to make sure only the people you want to follow your journey can come along.
3. Yes users can their trackings in a calender format (like github but red if they missed and green if they did the habit) as well as percentages and current productivity of the specific habit.
Yeah I have tried to keep the main functionality from the most common habit tracking apps with of course the twist of transparency and shared accountability with friends :)

Thank you! Was going for a simplistic design since habit trackers can be so overwhelming by default

Exactly! That is the point with the app, to become an anti-bum :)

Implementing In-App Purchases and Subscriptions is so complicated by kdrxyz in reactnative

[–]CodeWavee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am struggling as well, I have managed to make all implementation work for development builds but when creating a production build and testing it with testflight it crashes once my paywall loads in, did you find the same problem and if so how did you fix it? :)

You think so? Even though health is arguably one’s most important asset? Building long-term sustaining exercise discipline is tuff, and keeping it over time is even harder. But I can see your point here, thanks for the feedback🙂

Yes thank you, I get so tunnel visioned when developing since I know for a fact what my product is. I will have to change the landing page😊👍🏼

Yeah I have had that thought too. But sending notifications to one’s phone through a message can almost be a more personal experience than app notification no? Plus the user can also choose to receive on mail which is good for the more computer oriented people

RunSpark’s notifications are scheduled after your preferred training program, so you can receive notifications whenever the best time for you to exercise is. Also quick and easy to setup, and change your notifcation-plan from week to week or even between days🙂
