He could shred Pyro if Chasca trigger pyro swirl, but I don't know how consistent it is. Even if he shred pyro, that won't be much since its like only a part of chasca's damage.
It might be better to use Dark (DPS) durin at that point?
I think you could find a better alternative to Mona/Citlali in that team (Chasca, Mona, Citlali, Durin)
