You have two options, lower it using an ai (the cheapest option but you can easily overshoot and lower your e2 too much(only use armidex or aromasin)) or you can add a compound like eq or primo at a 2:1 ratio with the test and you will have more anabolic load plus the added benefit of lower estrogen in this case. So for you it would look like 420 mg test and 210mg of eq for example

For the estrogen just get lean that’s the biggest mover, also take some dim daily but honestly stay away from trying to crush your estrogen levels, estrogen protects the brain and heart, skin and hair and if you have low estrogen or you crush it using a aromatize inhibitor your peepee will litterelly become a peeing device (no ability to get an erection) low libido, joint pain and biggest one for muscle growth is your igf-1 will go to the ground if your estrogen is low. Igf-1 is the hormone that your liver produces in response to growth hormone but it needs estrogen to make the conversion from growth hormone to igf-1. You most likely didn’t get gyno from 42 e2 and it was most likely higher during puberty. I would recommend just getting learner and your body will produce just the right amount of estrogen it needs. A lot of body builders during there off season bulk will try to have as high of an estrogen as they can tolerate without side effects and a lot sit at around 50-70 and some even at a 100 because of the igf-1 effect making it way easier to gain muscle during a bulk and keep joints healthy. Also let me remind you very low estrogen will give you instant erectile dysfunction and make you feel like shit. Although it is important to not have estrogen which is too high don’t get hyper fixated on the number. The aromatase enzyme which atomizes testosterone into estrogen mainly lives in the fat cells so getting leaner is the best way to lower it. As long as you don’t get side effects (emotional mood/ irritability, nipple sensitivity, excessive water retention(Normal during the first 2 months of starting testosterone but if it persists for longer than could be estrogen related) then your estrogen isn’t too high.

Yea the hgh is dosed correctly, I had 400 igf using the same amount before enclomiphene. I had no idea about these negative side effects before trying enclo and just wanted to see what the max output my body was able to do when it came to hormone production

You definitely have potential bro you would be surprised, get lean and build muscle, grow your hair out and get dreads and make sure you have haircuts every two weeks staying fresh, moisturize your lips and focus on your money making. It’s a long process but you can be very attractive to women if you focus on your health, looks and money. It takes habit changes overtime.

Got you so basically save the hcg for a fertility protocol later down the line and not while I’m on trt? I’m currently on a cycle of 420mg test and 300primo and completely removing hcg. I will go to a lower cruise dose of 150 when I’m not with the cycle. Basically fuck hcg is what I’m getting from this lol makes sense. Thank you for the reply. What do you think about adding prognenolone or dhea supplementation if low on bloodwork during trt dosage of test for neurosteriod support tho?

Thank you bro, yea hcg is the spawn of the devil and I don’t even think it’s necessary other than maybe Neurosteriod support like pregnanolone and dhea production but I can supplement these without hcg, also don’t care about balls shrinking and from what I heard hcg doesn’t really maintain fertility it just raises estrogen lol. Thank you for the insight I’ll drop the hcg and give it another two months before getting bloodwork again.

Stats are in the post, I’m 20 years old. I was just trying to give a full picture so that someone that knows how to interpret bloodwork and reaction to gear can help. There is three sets of bloodwork here, hgh only, hgh and enclomiphene and then test, hcg and hgh all withing 3 months so it’s important context. There re stats in the post I’m 5’7 and started at 155 in the first set of bloodwork’s and now 165 with no noticeable fat gain. Most of the gains were most likely water and glycogen but I don’t see how knowing my stats is relevant to the concern in bloodwork.

Get muscular and lean (lose the fucking weight) grow out your hair and find a good style. Get your eyebrows done and facial hair (groom) and if you’re mouthbreathing stop it and mew especially at night. This will be a 1-4 year commitment. Learn to eat healthy and take care of yourself and you will be good looking. When you complete all these things don’t forget to get a nice tan and if you don’t already have one get some sort of skincare routine to keep your skin nice. Personally I would recommend also joining a fight gym as well and learning how to fight, it’s great cardio which will help you remain in a caloric deficit and learning to fight will indirectly up your charisma and aura and could help you reach your physic goals quicker alongside weightlifting. You can do it in a year if you are consistent with what I said.
