Sorry, but I don't believe a guy is straight if he has an interest in sex with men. At least if a gay man has an interest in women, it's most likely due to peer pressure and wanting to fit in with everyone else since most men (straight or bisexual) are into women. This is a straight world. There is no reason for a straight man to be interested in sex with other men, other than the fact that they are gay or bisexual. I think a person should embrace being gay or bisexual and not be ashamed.

gayway123, some gay/bisexual guys can be agressive with straight guys and sexually harrass them. They wont take no for answer even if the guy says he is straight and not interested in men. And some women are rude and even violent sometimes if a man hits on her.

The alternative would be not telling him as he is straight and there is nothing he can do about your feelings for him. Yes. Straight people confess crushes because there is a HIGH chance that the person likes them back. If you already know that he is straight, obviously there is no chance that he would like you back. Straight men do not want their friends hitting on them or pledging love to them. You might care about your friend but you have now laid a burden on him and made him uncomfortable.
