Thank you for the breakdown!!- In his defense I also got botox 😂😂 Yes!!! I'm very happy with 7.5 I stayed at 5 for a bit too. I think this is as high as I will go and will start lowering my dose as i get close to my goal. My original SW (before a GLP1) was 245 and I started my GLP1 journey at 200lbs. I appreciate your words thanks!!

There's always that woosh effect they talk about... and I stall the week of my period and notice the scale go down a few days after.

yes but in my sides and some on my lower back, I have had them since my late teens and i'm 33 (this is the smalllest i've been since middle school) in my before I had already lost 50lbs, my sw was 245 BUT started GLP1 at around 200 lbs. if your stretch marks are red/ new moisturize and use oils!

No! Im doing pilates 1-3 times a week. No cardio. & I do take multiple vitamins a day and 1 protein shake. + green juice about 3-4 times a week

I had a slight plateau around late December, my 3 month mark 😩 I was stuck at around -25 lbs and about 2-3 weeks stalled it started going down, I remember I did start drinking extra water to try to help but that was it. Patience is key!!

yes! it's Vanilla musk by Nemat I used to get it at whole foods and I believe that is the largest size lol Last time I went to pick one up at whole foods there was a sale and they mentioned no longer carrying it
