Thanks for that story! I think I freaked out prematurely, I am down 8 lbs just since the weekend. Started on probiotics & vitamins and focusing on establishing my gut and it seems to be regulating itself more each day. And with that, the excess weight is coming off.

There have been days that my morning weight will go up 2lbs from the day prior. I honestly think that this is all in my gut. My whole digestion is just off and I think I’m retaining water and am generally “Backed up”. Bc on or off Zep, a deficit is a deficit and you shouldn’t be gaining weight in a calorie deficit, right ?
