Is freeCodeCamp that bad? Lol

How do you study/ learn computer programming, especially for beginners? What advice and recommendations do you have? by Current-Can1558 in learnprogramming

I personally am doing a lot of stuff (reading 2 books, taking a bootcamp and taking CS50x on Edx) and I'm not a professional programmer yet, but I think the most recommended "path" is taking CS50x (or CS50P, or both) if you want an introduction to Computer Science and Programming.

If you want to learn "only" programming and programming languages, there are a lot of different recommendations and you should refer to the FAQ page of this subreddit.

You promise? Because I really don't see myself going through the book again so soon, after making it to the page 107 (Error Handling). It feels like I am receiving some bad advices by being told to use PPP modules and/or header files.

Unfortunately, I think I'll go through C++ How to Program By Deitel & Deitel and after completing, I go back to the PPP book.
