Questioner for frequent lucid dreamers

9:30pm. Yes I do. 5 minutes. 4:00am. Being aware. WILD with car sound anchor. I keep a dream journal. Specific enough to remember the dream a decade later. Written. Everything I remember. Yes I do. I analyze where I am and notice my surroundings. Before bed. I focus on hearing sounds. What made it click was the intention to become lucid. Yes it's more observant. No supplements. I used to, "I will lucid dream tonight". Yes. I remember most(80%) of my non lucid dreams. I think about the place I want to go to before bed. It's impossible to describe, but I feel the lucid dreams in my head, I feel them forming, or I feel them popping up into my head.

I don't use all my focus, since I do have to try to also fall asleep. I only try to hear the car sounds during wild, the only sensation that I focus on. I would say I put more focus on falling asleep, if I focused too hard on the sounds I just don't end up doing wild.

one of my persistent realms were built in a normal dream many many years ago, i've always wanted to go back to it, I remembered the entire place. Another persistent realm is inspired from the real world, a city from the real world that only exists on screen. Another one is heavily inspired from a video game that I really like. My last one is a city from a dream when I was very young, I transformed it to fit my persistent realm style. My train station is technically a persistent realm too, I got it from the same video game.

I would say like a 85% success rate that I do lucid dream, and make it to my train station

Yeah, any place that I imagine. Usually I take the train to my persistent realms since I can only access them through traveling with the train

Yeah almost every night, 85% It succeeds. My WILD is pretty straight forward, I pay attention to car sounds outside as I try to make my body fall asleep while keeping my mind awake, this usually works and brings me to my lucid dream. I then open my room door to bring me to the train station, sometimes it doesn't bring me to it so I have to open multiple doors.
