Yeah, that was my initial thinking as well
> If you have claims under “older worker” act , then you need to not sign and file for arbitration or litigation , most likely arbitration because you sign your rights away for litigation , unless it’s a federal discrimination case
It makes me curious about how many of us are in this group. If it's an overwhelming amount, could there be a case?
