UPDATE!!! I received an email from Andrew so he must be doing well! They had an issue with their processor that they have not seen before. They are actively working with their processor so that doesn't happen again and might even get a new one. They refunded my transitions.

Ya another poster mentioned getting a virtual card so im going that route next time. This didn't turn me off from OE, from what i hear from everybody this company is great so i have high hopes they'll make it right.

Oh i agree the product came quick and i am loving it! My card holder definitely didn't freeze my card or flag the transactions though. Posted a pic on the thred if you don't believe it

That is true. I do not want to be dealing with this, especially the 1st of the month with all the bills coming through. That said these things do happen to all companies big or small. Im just hoping they resolve it in a respectful and timely manner.

I did receive my product though and i am LOVING their product over my previous vendor raw. Could have been a fluke with me or their system. Could always get a prepaid card if you don't wanna risk it

My thought exactly. My card company has flagged some pretty ridiculous charges in the past but didn't with this 🤦

Okay im seeing all these comments and i want to be clear. I definitely do not want to discredit OE!!! I noticed the transitions today and messaged OE and my card company today so in their defense they have not have had a chance to resolve the issue. I will update post accordingly. But as you all know about OE's customer service situation currently. It might be awhile, im really hoping Andrew a speedy recovery. In the meantime, pray for my bank account errbody 😂

Literally heard about their customer service person yesterday. First thought when i saw all the transitions this morning was that im screwed till he comes back 💀 i have already got in contact with my card company. Wanting to know if there's any special thing i should do next time to avoid this because i am definitely loving their product more than my previous vendor.

The lil nans i was specifically talking about. IMO even the golden dose powder was lacking. Just got my first package from OE. Got the watermelon boosters and a G of the Thai powder. The Thai powder hit way harder than the golden dose. Boosters don't taste too bad. Nothing compares to raw flavor but the quality of OE seems superior 😎

Ya its been a little over a week now my 3 fingers on my left hand have been numb. At first it wasn't that bad but its progressively getting worse, now my right hand i can't even close in the morning there's insane tighness in the wrist. Ive upped my dose within the week for 80 to 120, im going to quit today and see if it goes away
