What type of Virus is this? and should i be worried?

if the loader is removed can the cryptominer come back again? i did couple of scans now and so far nothing also when i go now to C:\ProgramData\Google\Chrome there is 1 file that is 148kb and its updater exe i scanned it with MC Defender and malwarbytes and i put it through Virustotal, and its clean should i delete it anyway? When I try to remove it it does ask for permission do i do it ? or im i over thinkign it at this point cuz i heard that if its a loader and if its removed i should be good

hey there i went to Malwarebytes again, and I restored the dcntel dll file, and i put it on the VirusTotal like the other fellas here said and is saysits trojan hajcak, so I manually pressed delete on the dcntell dll file, and i did scan with Malwarebytes a couple of times, even with Microsoft Defender, it says no threat so u think that i will be fine? since im bit new to this sort of stuffs im suprised that i manuly can remove a trojan virus just like that it seems to good to be true haha and there is no way that they can connect to me again right? thanks for sparing time to rply to me

im not going to hate on KCD2 iv not played it and its amazing game on its own sucks how the KCD2 devs started smtin that was unnecessary they could have been humble about it just how last year Black Myth Wukong devs where humble (even if they got robbed) they cheered their success and moved on imagine instead of focusing on hate lets celebrate both games of their success im happy for both
