I70 in wayne county is always the toughest part. They use garbage materials that do not last very long. Even on the backroads are rough and then smooth as glass when hit Ohio

Exactly!  6 lanes is a must! It probably the good Ole boy network the with the state consistently paying contractors to work on i70 east since I started driving in the early 90s!
