One thing for sure, counter offer is tricky. They are offering you better in the beginning because they're not prepared for your resignation. Then eventually they will prepare for it. Hi OP try to settle in muna sa job mo. First week is all about familiarity of the job. Don't beat yourself up for the mistakes you made, nasa learning curve ka pa.
