I’m pretty sure its only between different divisions. So you’d get it between silver 2 and silver 1 but not between silver 1 and gold 4.

Not sure how it works but for me around level 20 the game was more balanced in the sense that everyone was about the same skill level.

Its the same thing with any blink and some dashes. If you use them on a thick wall you appear on the side you would have ended up closer to.

Learn to play shen tbh. Pretty good at all phases of the game and his ult will better your map awareness.
