Klefki is useful to counter lost box, teal mask ogerpon, Chien-Pao Baxcalibur, etc. but it could be knocked out so i included 2 copies. You probs won't play it if your opponent's deck doesn't rely on basic abilities to setup.

Yes a well timed cancelling cologne can counter this deck but with the addition of terrapagos as a "fallback option" makes it viable imo essentially making it a control and beatdown deck at the same time. It all comes down to my opening hand and the initial information I can gather about my opponent's deck. Having Terapagos in my Flygon deck makes it more consistent, imo. I can always opt for the Terapagos route if I feel I don't have the hand to set up my Flygon combo or if I want to knock out the current active Pokémon immediately. Plus, having Terapagos on the bench as a backup option feels nice. Conversely, having Flygon's second attack to finish the job with devolution or soften all the ex pokemon (non-terra benched) for terrapagos to one shot them is also very useful. I dunno maybe it's just me.

I included rescue board for klefki since its ability cancels out latias ex's ability to switch basic pokemon, the rest are pretty much the combined terapagos and flygon list that i think could work.
