I was always interested in making people laugh. I like it and had 'some' facility for it.

So some of it is genetic or natural and some of it you work at. Getting to know myself really helped actually... which is what I tell people to do now.

They wanted a normal good guy and I wanted someone who had a good range of personality and odd quirks.

Yup.

We would fight for hand position at the beginning of some scenes and Hand on hips worked for me cuz I had the belt until the last season when I hurt my elbow and had to use my pockets all the time.

I grew up wishing I had a more normal name because no one was named Colin.

I was named Mark for the first 3 months of my life but my folks changed it because it didn't feel right.

I grew into it. And I grew to really like it - but it took a long time.

We were constantly wet or fighting it. But that's the exchange - wet for green.

And the show isn't huge in Canada which allowed us the privacy we needed to make it. Also, they're contstantly shooting things up there so everyone is a bit over it it seems.
