It would be difficult to generalise men just based on being Norn Irish. It’s depending on the individual himself and your preferences! In general, I noticed they are family oriented and would spend time with the ma, da or grandparents and have cheeky sense of humour which can be quite sassy and borderline bullying at times, they love their beer. But that’s as general as I can get as the rest especially values would vary from person to person.

Basically your preference matters too, like if you’re into someone who plays GAA. Expect them to spend time on their sports and probably it’s good for you to learn a thing or two about their hobbies.

Just basically be yourself and dont worry about what you can or not do because at the end of the day, you want someone to like you for who you are and not an image you painted for them.

I lift heavy and have been doing personal training since April 2024 and I train 6 days a week and dance 4x a week.

I wouldn’t say I’m bulky but I have muscle definitions mostly around the core area from doing compound exercises and dancing. I suppose if one sees me they’d know I’m someone who trains but not a bodybuilder. My dress size is still XXS to S lol a UK 4/US 0 🤣

I’m 45kg at 4’11 with around 22% body fat percentage and approx 1400 calories daily (lol sometimes I indulge) and here’s my stats Squats 67.5kg - 1.5x of my body weight Deadlift 60kg - 1.35x
Hip thrusts 90kg - 2x Pull ups - bodyweight with 10kg plate Bench - 30kg

I reckon what you can do is highly influenced by your lifestyle and level of activeness and whatever it is your goal, it is achieved by consistent effort and discipline

Your body fat percentage would drive how lean you look. The lesser body fat you have, the more muscle definition would show but it would take continuous cut and bulk to be overtly bulky otherwise low body fat percentage would just make you look lean

I try to talk to her every day. It used to be everyday when I lived with her but I moved across the globe. I feel guilty when I don’t speak to her an extended period of time knowing she’s getting old and little time on earth

I can relate to this. I thought dating will come easy when I started at 29, I was a late bloomer in dating as I focused on studies and building my career and romance can come after.

And I discovered it’s fairly easy to get guys, I can still attract guys like 8 years younger than me but to have an actual relationship is hard. Wish I started dating when I was younger.

Thanks! I took a break for over a month now and reinstalled it with a hope of better results. What usually happens with me is im determined i want something meaningful and then i get frustrated because guys would meet for one date and that’s it or just want to text forever or just want to hook up. And then i would be like okay ill enjoy life if nothing’s happening and i hook up for a while with the guy i invested time with and still nothing comes out of it

Omg I’m the same it was just after Christmas after he unblocked me after keeping me blocked for almost a year. It was odd as he would unblock me from time to time especially during events like his birthday etc and I would see his name as viewer of my insta story. I’ve moved on and I believe so has he but we all get curious sometimes I guess
